Soop, Hamtsoup or Soupjyam, was a vision that came to live in late 2021.Formally known as Deerssyse or freckledeers, Soop has been boothing in the art scene since 2013 previously with a small group of friends and have recently ventured out on their own.Soop is an artist that creates funny little hamster merchandise as apparels and stationery in their art shop. Soupjyam is currently a small team of 1 based in Singapore.If you have any enquires or questions do not hesitate to reach out via email or our social medias!

Designed a cover for Mosseryco AUSTRALIA. It is in collaboration with a Sydney based art market, HUEHUE. The illustration "Smol Gluttony" surrounding small little creatures indulging in lifes sweet treats. Letting their greed and glutton get the best of them.

Commercial rights are included if you decide to opt for art only. This is a different pricing from my non-commercial commissions as it has already included rights to the art. Please read my terms and service before commissioning.
Communicating and sourcing the supplier does NOT include shipping cost. You will have to settle the payment of your merch, shipping and taxes if need me to help with production.
Acrylic Products prices varies depending on the size, pieces and complexity of your designs. We can do standees, spinning type keychains ect. Just let us know what you have in mind!
Embriodery Products will include the thread colours of choice. If you decide to go with your own supplier, we can either colour match it to the threads your supplier have or have you choose with your supplier.
Plush products will only be a mockup for art only. We will not help decide on the material choice unless we are helping with sourcing.
Tshirt Designs are designed with screenprint in mind. (Max 2-3 colours) So all files will already include screenprint ready mockup.
Terms of Service
Before starting a project, we need to make sure we are on the same page so there is no misunderstandings and to protect against fraud, so please take some time to read through these terms! Thank you.This Terms of Service Agreement is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of an artwork. By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms:CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
- Artist will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
- Specific restrictions include but are not limited to mechs, explicit adult content, underage characters, excessive muscles, gore, copied styles, and gender identities or cultures the Artist may not be able to portray authentically.USAGE
-All works by default are meant for personal use unless stated.
For personal use you are allowed to repurpose the works to be posted on stream, on social media and printed on as freebies. Personal use works are not meant to be monetised. If caught doing so, you will be blacklisted.COPYRIGHT
- I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.
- Any Work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.PAYMENT
- Each projects varies in payment and contract. There will be a requirement of minimum 50% upfront before starting on project.
- Prices are in USD, and paid via VGen, Stripe, PayPal, or methods as provided by the Artist.
- Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.
- Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- If Client requests cancellation, 50% of project fees may be forfeit if cancelled within 2 days before work starts. A partial to full refund may be provided if there is more than a weeks notice.
- No refunds once project has started.CONFIDENTIALITY
The Artist and Client acknowledges that information and materials that are provided to either party (including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information) outside of the development of Work, that will not be visible to the public, shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.INDEMNIFICATION
Client indemnifies Artist against claims, losses, damages, and expenses related to Work usage by the Client, breach by the Client of the Agreement, or third-party claims.
If Client's rights and the terms of this agreement are violated or the Work is not delivered as agreed, due to Artist negligence, Artist will work to remedy the situation first according to the terms aforementioned and otherwise to the satisfaction of the Client.ACCEPTANCE
Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.
Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction. (or by use a digital signature program for a more legally binding and enforceable agreement if the Artist does choose to)Note: Businesses, agencies, groups and other organizations should contact the Artist to discuss arrangements in more detail.
